Meditation Course for Personal Growth (Online)
Meditation can have far-reaching implications for your life. It encourages a deeper feeling of peace and tranquility, while at the same time encouraging you to participate in deeper levels. Moreover, meditation has been studied clinically, and the findings have clearly shown that the practice has substantial benefits. Now meditation is known as one of the best instruments for a balanced mind and body.
In the course, you will learn
- How to make yourself open to the meditative state
- The practices that will lead to deep meditation
- The fundamentals of mantra psychology.
This 2-week course (90 minutes session Twice a week), will help you understand the nature of the mind and how focus and inner peace can be created. Participants are directed through simple strategies to help them develop a regular routine. All four sessions are mandatory because each session’s syllabus builds on previous session(s).
